Had a great stay with family in the month of May. We had 4 rooms and one of the rooms was upgraded to the next category. None of the rooms have balcony. The second room on floor 1 is their premium room and I got that 👍🏻. The staff right from front office to housekeeping to reception all of them are really warm and do the best they can to make your stay comfortable. The buffer breakfast spread was lovely. Hotel location is great, right on Majitha road. Now some areas where the management can work to earn those 2 deducted stars: The hotel has no outside food policy,which is ok! But after the guest has ordered outside food and has received, the hotel has the audacity to ask the guest to dispose that food right in front of them but not consume it. And the reason given was super duper lame. The qty of towels both hand and bathing given in the room were unplanned. The food price and portion just don't match, which is discouraging. No recreation activity for kids except swimming pool. Think of adding some indoor board games for the guests.

Thank you B R hotel for the services provided. It was an amazing stay at your hotel and the hopitality shown by you was really good . Mr Ravinder Verma took our bookings over phone. Though We met only once but he ensured our stay right from booking to arranging car and ensuring early morning departure very smooth. I must take the names of Ms Manisha and Mr Bhupesh as well and the person in front desk in the evening we met . Also the boy at services from Kangra. Every staff were really very warm and good at providing us service. The hotel is very conveniently located on Majitha Road and its only few km from Golden Temple.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. Service was nice and quick. The food service to the room was ultra fast. Staff was well behaved and polite. Car parking was available.

we had a nice stay, around 3 km from golden temple but have an easy accessibility... thanks... only thing I found expensive was tea...6 cups of tea was for Rs. 630/-

Nice stay, nic staff, nicely managed, only thing was no buffet system in morning, nor in the evening, my advice to BR grand management Bathroom needs to cleaned everyday, coz the corners in the bathroom are messy, rest staff corporation was good when asked for some thing or the other..

Perhaps I should give it negative Fraud people Fraud people Fraud people Be aware of them I had booked my room from ease my trip but just because it was 23 to 26 dec the prices were increasing,they cancelled my stay ..because I had booked at a cheaper cost Shame on them

The hotel is quite tidy and the rooms are best to stay with the family and the friends. Besides the facilities provided are up to mark. The location is easily accessible. The best part is you can enjoy your time peacefully in the hotel itself with the availability of swimming pool and restaurant. Everyone must visit the hotel while visiting Amritsar.

First thing is service. Highly friendly and prompt service. Hotel is very safe for family and kids. We stayed for a week and all staffs became very friendly to us during our stay. We felt at home. Food was awesome . Quite tasty. Breakfast menu was comprehensive. Staffs were sweet enough to get that dish which we wished for.
